I've been having some guys messaging me about the clearance with a 2" track. So I snapped a pic today for future searches.

Its a 121 extended to a 144 with 2" camoplast challenger and 8 tooth wahls (avid doesnt make an 8 tooth 2.52 pitch driver), cooler protectors removed:

With the cooler protectors still in, just the very tips of the lugs touched, by maybe 1/8" max, so out they came.

Also the track I got didnt have all of its windows opened for extros, so I used a 28mm hole saw to cut them open, and it worked perfect for these drivers.

Also - I used a piece of fire wood set inside the track to drill down in to.. Center the hole saw bit nicely and then singe the new holes with a propane torch quickly to clean the holes. Also if you use that firewood idea, move it side to side and drill each side of the track as you move the track around, to save yourself having to rotate the track around twice. Def easier with 2 guys, one on the drill and one moving/holding the wood.
