Able to go out for a good ride. Got a chance to really test the summer mods. Evo Header, Evo re flash, Intercooler, clutching, 8DN belt but no machining on clutches. With Evo flash I am running 2 lbs higher boost but AFR are great at all ranges. Sled kicked #*$&@. Had a lot of different sleds ranging from Doo 800 to Poo 800 all 2014 and up. The guys couldn't believe how hard the Viper pulled away from them.
Remind us what your turbo setup is?
Do I understand correct that you gained 2psi without making any changes to the turbo wastegate?

I installed a turbo T and with that you can adjust you turbo boost. Just by turning a dial. Small changes make a huge difference. Have to be careful. It plays with your waste gate pressure.

Are you now running 8 psi or did you adjust it back to 6 with the t?

Now running 7-8lbs. I was at 5-6lbs. prior to putting on the boost T. You can increase boost to over 15lbs if you wanted to. Accidently did that when I first installed it. Didn't run it like that for too long. Had to learn to set it properly.

Did you change your fuel pump? Or still running stock?

really thinking of doing this. evo flash. and boost t. just to be sure mitch. you did nothing with the settings dave has on the pcv. just did the flash and installed the boost t. mine usually runs 5 lbs with a flash of 6 now and then. AFR are 10 or below at wot so i have room to lean out. i have intercooler and am running my under hood intake. temps usually under 50 deg farenhight. just looking for more. been a while since they came out with this flash and i havent seen any troubles yet.

I just had a chance to ride my sled with the new machined clutches from Dave and I have to say it is a big difference. Now machined for full shift and was running big top end this weekend. 121 on speedo. Hard pack old rail bed. Have XTX gearing on my LTX. Old ratio was 2.08 and new gearing ratio is 1.952. LTX stock gearing is 24/50 XTX is 21/41. shorter chain needed. To answer your question junkie, my boost is at roughly 7-8 lbs. With EVO flash they retarded the timing approximately 2 degrees, so going to 7-8 lbs should be safe. I`ve put on 700 miles on this set up and I love it. Haven`t reprogrammed PCV yet because my AFR are great at WOT at 10.4. Which to me is ALL GOOD. WOT RPM is 9150. My only concern is when I`m just running at no boost at quarter throttle at around 6200 rpm my AFR is at 13.5-13.8. Talked to Dave at Hurricane and he said we should adjust that a bit. That`s cruising at around 50-60 mph on good trail conditions.
