Well guys, as you know i installed the z broz 43" wide kit on my 08 nytro this fall. I have finally been out for a few rides with it in decent conditions.
So far i absolutely love it, The cahnge in geometry is awesome, i can cruise down the trail with one hand not worrying about the sled darting all over the place. It corners great. And not to mention its looks awesome!! Any other questions you guys have be sure to let me know!!

Thanks for the link!
Did you make any other changes to your sled besides the Zbros front end? Different toe out, skid settings or skis?

You left out the most important part! Did you get a chance to use the horn?
As for darting - I thing the accumulated slop in the A-Arm bushings, ball joints, and ski pivots is a huge contributor to the excessive darting lots of Nytro owners complained about.

I toed the skis out about 1/8 inch or so on each side, this kit has adjustable ends on the outside of the upper a arms so you can easily tilt the spindles in and out (kinda like how people are doing the ball joint mod this allows for tons of adjustment which i found to be helpful) i put the top of spindle in just a little bit. (maybe 1/16 of inch or so?). I used the suspnsion setup chart some guys have put on here as far as the clickers on the front shocks. put rear torsion springs to med instead of hard. Still running stock skis with 10 inch carbides from last year

The front end itself is def a lot beefier it feels than the stock. The chromoly is stronger. Obviously its all nice new ball joints so its all very tight. Has oil impregnated nylon busings for a arms. which are not as good as oilite brass but better than stock for sure!
I will get some pics up for you guys soon.

I agree, its a brand new front end so everything is good and tight. Hopefully everything holds up good and stays that way cause it feels great!

I put a horn on my buddy's Viper, I used a red button to the left of the headlight button. At first we told everyone it was the nitrous button. He would push it every time we passed a sled on the trail. The amount of helmets turning was amazing. Funny stuff.

Any more updates? Is everything holding togather? Was it worth the money?
