Hey der,
Looking for more detailed feed back on this front-end's handling characteristics. I am thinking about buying. Thanks.

Where did you get the kit from and what did it run you ?
Call up kirk at fastrax, last time I checked they had them 10 percent off for off season special. Great guys as well.

Anyone know where to get this kit and what the retail price is? I have a customer that wants to do this front end to replace his bent stock stuff, looked on Z Bros website and its not listed on there?

Can the stock shocks be used? I will have to call Z Bros and find out more.

Z-bros still make the arms.
You may use the stock shocks, however if you buy their shocks they are a little longer than stock. I think they are 18.375" vs stock 17.5".

Could you describe the handling characteristics in comparison to the stock machine? Many thanks.

Night and day difference. less darty going down the trail. I still use stock skis with the shaper bars and can comfortably go down the trail with one hand and not feel like the sled is going to go all over the place. Thats the biggest difference. sled really handles well. corners great. i love it.

Did the steering effort change with the Z-bros vs stock?

they are a month out right now.

i never really seemed to have a problem with the steering effort on the stock front end. but the Zbroz is def as good or better than stock effort. these sleds are def a bit front heavy and going slow your gonna have to use some effort to steer in my opinion. but i found the zbroz front end to be excellent in all asects. im getting a new nytro and putting my zbroz front end back on it before i even ride it!
