2003 Yamaha rx1 replacement coil recomadations

What after market could are you guys running, I've seen spi,kimpex,rm stator, not sure which to go with?

I bough the rm stators last fall they worked just fine last season

Are you referring to the 4 ignition coils that snap onto the plugs or are you referring to the stator assembly? The reason I ask is that the RX-1 were notorious for the ignition coils to go back and arch but it was the Apex's that had stator issues; at least that has been my experience (replaced ignition coils on my 03 RX-1 and replaced stator with OEM one on my 08 Apex).

I was not aware of aftermarket companies offering replacement ignition coils when I purchased mine so I opted for OEM's. I did have to wait for weeks as they were on backorder since they had to come from Japan and being such an old machine, I don't think Yamaha shipped them via air and instead opted to send them over via cargo ship.
