2006 apex non turbo

Hello,I have friend that is selling a 2006 apex.He would like around 5k.Heres a list of what has been done.
2006 stock apex, red.
-all new bearings and chain last year
-always cared for and greased religiously
-always stored indoors and travels in enclosed trailer.
-extra grease fittings for steering column and shaft
-8000 kms. (just broken in)
-new maverick track about 1000 kms ago
-8" Powermad riser and pivot adapter
-gas rack removed, custom tail light mount.
-tether
-filter and oil changed yearly
Would this be a good buy or does it have to many kms?

not to many miles i bought mine with 8,000 miles.just check for the things they talk about on here(broken parts in the skid)mine looked better than a 3,000 mile sleds that had not been taken care of. even has the original track still in good shape.just depends on who previously owned them and where they rode them IMO
