i just purchaced this sled a couple of months ago, it only has 396 miles so i know it may take a few more miles to get the proper rpm out of it.i am thinking maybe i should change the clutch springs were they have been sitting in the sled for 3 years now and maybe have lost some tension. are there any well known spring changes to this sled that work better other than getting the full ulmer setup. if i like the sled i will probably do that next year.just looking for a simple and inexpensive increase in pull were i may change springs anyway.
thanks
thanks
Ram Air would be my first inexpensive mod get the air into in while testing we have seen 2-3 MPH gains when switching between stock lid and Modded lid just my 2Cents

Those stock springs will be fine. Just ride it and break it in and the RPM will come up.
CR10EK plugs work good and are worth a few HP. Gearing down one tooth on top, or two teeth on bottom also helps using the stock clutching.
