2006 nytro er?

Was reverse an option on this sled or was it standard on all the 2006 Nytro er's?

ER is the reverse model designation. There was also a model w/o reverse.

My '06 Nytro is not an ER and it has reverse!?!

The reverse could have been added after the fact. Reverse is still sold as a kit that one can buy and install out of the Yamaha accessories catalog.

My '06 Nytro is not an ER model and did not come with reverse. But I purchased (through fellow TY'ers) the parts I needed to add reverse.

RS Nytro = no reverse
RS Nytro ER = same sled w/ reverse

After a little research, I've dicovered that mine is in fact an ER, even though nowhere on the sled or on any paperwork does "ER" appear. Officially it is an RS90NRL. Actually, the only place where "NYTRO" appears was on the tiny windshield that came on the sled, which I replaced as soon as I got it home. You learn something every day!

My friend bought an ER as advertized and found out when he got up North that it did not have reverse yet everywhere he read it sounded like it was suppose to be standard on the ER.
