148hp to the track at what mph?

To me, this sounds like 210-220hp at most

Boost

This is a brand new sled, fresh motor and we do not have any snow yet to tune
Time will tell we will keep you guys posted, but so far we are really excited with the numbers and we could not get max boost on a track dyno to make the turbo spool harder

148 hp to the track close to 260 hp. All dependant on how good the setup is and it also looks like that track has a ton of studs in it, which robs track hp. Looks like it'll be a blast!

I've personnally seen a RX1 supercharged doing 230-235hp doing 155-156 at the track at 65mph on the track dyno and that was with a mountain track with 2.25 lugs.

That would be nice if it were real. 150HP at the track dyno I use, would be over 300 HP with a speed track. Approx. 52-54 efficient would be te norm. Somethings wrong there mulot30th. It depends on the program in th dyno.

At what MPH? Its all in the mph...

Same sled that got 155 track hp at 65mph dropped to 90track hp at 95mph... (mountain track...)

You should always see your peak track hp from 55-65 mph. We run a Dynojet Model 360 dyno. A short track supercharged RX-1 showed 118-120 hp peak consistantly with a setup that worked in the snow. At 100 mph it still showed right at 100 hp. I can fool the track dyno to show a huge spike and get a very high 55-65 mph peak HP reading, but it'll never work in the field.

its not a spike at you wrote...

It goes from like 155 down to 90 in a strait line, no spike!

Allen, I don't know how you can be so patient!!!! Hey, what plug are cheaper, and what do I gap the cheap plugs at? JUST KIDDING. I don't know how you can take it. Everything changes as you get older. Spike? what spike. When you can make a straight line all the way from 20-120MPH, then you've got something. Don't bother bringing it out till you can. Right? Mike

Disclaimer: Above post is not to offend anyone. Just Allen and I having a little fun. Mike Knapp#17

This is what I consider a spike.

And you sure as heck wouldn't catch me running a 2.25" track up to 90-95 mph! I did one turbo Mtn Vector and 80 mph was fast enough for me! Speed tracks 120 mph no problem! Trail tracks 100 mph!

Mike, waiting for snow to come! Raining right now supposed to turn to sleet soon. Then snow tonight and all of tomorrow! I set all my spark plugs to .100" gap! Don't tell anyone though! LOL!
