2007 Apex ER speedometer mph to kph

Hi All.

I am a newbie, friend of mine recommended to sign up to the site and join the community. I have to say I've been really impressed of the information that I was able to find on this site. I am looking forward to learning some more and share my experiences as well.

I found a post dated in 2006 in the general Apex section about how to change the speedometer from mph to kph but the procedure is not working for me. My sled is a 2007 Apex ER. Any advice would be great. Currently my sled is showing the speed in mph and I want it to show in kph. I have tried the procedure to hold the select button for 10 seconds but nothing is changing on my display. I hope someone can help me. I was not able to find any other suggestions to try.

just hold it. the display will flash and change. my rx took 30 seconds but it did do it.

OK I will try and hold the select button for 30 seconds minimum and see if anything changes. I will update the post shortly. Thanks for the tip

Hi maim... I have hold down the select button for 10 to 40 seconds and nothing is flashing on my display... I am confused why this is not working

The manual says to be on the ODO mode then press the select button for 10 seconds while the machine is not running. "ODO mode" do they mean that the screen is showing the ODO mileage? I just want to make sure that I am doing it right.

that sounds correct to me. at work atm and manual at home.

After and small ride tonight in -20C it finally worked... Pressing the select button for about 10 seconds did it thanks all for the advice
