I have 10,000 miles on the new beefed up stock arm that I purchased from Yamaha and no problem. the new arm really is alot heavier but at $ 300 it should be

Ive seen many like that.. before being beef up of coarse..
I can repair that one too.. that crack on the bushing area is not uncommon..
We simply cut away the metal, weld it from the inside and weld the piece back in place..
I agree.. to break it again after being beefed up takes one hell of a hard rider.. mine is on my sled and hasnt broken since i did the kit .. and i jump my sled pretty hard..
Id be seeing if the shock has been updated or revalved or what spring is currently in it.. it might help to go to a heavier spring if its the stock spring..

Convert - I bought my Attak in the spring and put the 13 mm bar on this summer. I have not even ridden the sled yet. Most of the guys on TY say it makes a big difference, and since I hate ski lift around the corners, I went out and got it before ever even riding this sled. I still have the stock bar if this one doesn't feel right.

My sled is a 06 Apex and the updated arm that I purchased I think was from a 09
