got the heat exchangers in place and mounted them with 1 rivet for now. Need to get the yamaha syle "low profile?" rivets. I also added coolant and fired up the sled. No leaks in the exchangers and seems to run great. I also started on my intake filters. There is 3 rubber lines that i need to take care of. The vent from the valve cover, The oil tank vent and the third is the Idle control circuit i think? When its plugged the engine dies so i believe it is the idle control circuit. I was thinking of just tapping the lines into the end of one of the K&N filters so i don't have to run any additional filters. Thoughts on that?
I also started on my gauge relocation. Got the bracket from a hazer.

if i understood you right, I am not sure if that would be a good idea or not taping into one of you K&N's with that idle circiut line if in fact that is what it is. The vacuum casued by the draw of the engine through the air filter may in a sense do the same thing as holding your finger over the end of the hose by pulling air away from that line. I would just get another K&N filter and be on the safe side. K&N flow well but there is not much air volume to pull from inside the filter itself because the majority is moving toward the throttle bodys

You are not going to leave the rear bumper like that, are you...?
No additional supports...?
No strengthening plates inside the tunnel extension...?

not done yet, probably running a 1" wide aluminum flatbar from the rear bumper to the bottom of the extension where the running boards end. Or i will build a different bumper kinda like the phazer style with tubes.
