Was out riding yesterday for bout two hours shut off sled for a break went to go and had no electrical at all ? no lights in dash nothing ?totally dead. took off hood and looked around wiggled the grey wires from the inginition switch and heard fuel pupmp come on started it and ran fine fpr another 50 miles still workin good ????? should I be wooried ??? sled had 3500 miles on it and has never done this before??

Your relay is probably going out on you.. its on the oil tank side under the hood.

Also check your clutch side. There is a harness routed directly behind the primary which comes into contact with a casting nub just below the engine mount. They didn't think it would be a problem because they route a harness directly over it. There is a thread on here with pictures

Mine was rubbing and I checked my friends with only 300 kms on it, and it had already started to bury itself by wearing through the protective wrap on the harness. You can use a large tie strap and pull it off or use a dremel to grind or cut it off.
