was out riding shut sled off w the key went to restart powered up but no start. ckd all wires all good hooked a jumper pack sled started but dash was flickering oil light was on ck engine light was on shut sled down ckd oil antifreeze ckd all wires again everything was good. since I was about 100 miles from truck decided to try an make it back to closest place. started an took off sled seemed to run ok but dash was flickering about 5 miles down sled quit. have no power would not run. it was so embarrasing getting towed by a ski doo 30 miles to the nearest bar but what can u do at this point. So that's what happened on the trail. back at the shop found the battery will not hold a load test. also the ignition fuse blows once u turn the key on. disconnected the relay by the oil tank still blows . disconnected fuel pump, heated grips fuse still pops! unhooked the plug to the kill button on handlebars an the fuse does not blow but by doing that you still have no dash since the key an kill button r tied together. searched for rubbed wires did not find any that where visible. does anyone have any ideas? Sled has 4500 miles an never had an issue w anything before.

While I haven't had as many problems at the same time as you describe, I did find two places the harness was grounding on when I had issues. Ign fuse, fan fuse, and acc fuse we're all blowing at different times.
2 places I found were on frame just above and slightly forward of primary clutch and above the oil tank. Check there first for any rubbing in harness. It is strange tho that everything is happening all at once.

ckd all wires saw some that were against frame an looked like they were rubbed but the wire housing loom was not rubbed through. disconnected computer, fuse does not blow. plugged in connector on clutch side of computer still good. once I plugged in the other connector pop there goes the fuse. I am in the process of pulling air box to inspect harness that's below air box.

I had a issue where my harness rubbed on a casting nub in the engine behind the primary clutch. Kept popping my headlight fuse.

Did you ever get it figured out? Mine went through the exact same problems.

Clean all of these types of connectors, they get corroded and cause issues....some are on the left side of the fuel rail, others are behind radiator by the big gray plug. There are also other ones for common grounds, they need cleaning as well. Ideally, solder and shrink wrap the wires and eliminate the goofy corroded junctions.
You can kinda see my quick fix by shoving all the wires in a butt connector on the right side of the pic. That was to get me back up and running and on my way. I was pissed one day, made it 100 yards from the garage and it would idle but die as soon as I hit the throttle.

Lithium electrical connector grease and even on open connectors like shown in pic no issues. I think the grease keeps moisture out and prevents the green corrosion issues. I hate electrical issues as often hard to track down.

I had similar problem only no signs of it, just all of a sudden it would burn out the ignition fuse. My problem was on rad mount. There's wires that run ontop and along side it. There was one of two that had rubbed through and it would occasionally short out
It's on the left hand side of the sled
