2008 Phazer RTX ... possible extension options

144 track extension kit and free ride track from tracks USA.

Awesome performance in powder. Cut the original bumper and extended it with tubing filled in the tunnel gap with checker plate. I justed added at set of sly dogs powder hounds. No clutch or gearing changes. Lots of power and 120 km/h. Sons loves it. Lots of other threads on here on how to do it. That's where I got my ideas. Good luck

OK a couple more questions regarding going to a 136x1.5"

1 - Did anyone do a gear change of any sort.

2 - any clutch work needed

3 - did anyone go to extrovert drivers?

8 tooth extros here. No issues with loss of power when upgrading to longer and more aggressive track.

I don't think extros are really needed but some guys are buyin the Avid drivers.

Here are the CHEAP to spendy options.
1# move the skid back 3.5" and find an agressive 128x13.5 take off cat track
2# 121x14x1.5 freeride, probibly the same amount of traction as a 128x13.5
3# extentions and a 136" freeride, awesome track, you CAN fit it without tunnel/bumper extentions if you modify the snow flap mount.
The Phazer engine has plenty of torque to spin the 136" freeride and you should see 40-45mph track speed out of it in the DEEP stuff.
#4 find a set of MTX rails and go a full 144"

Digging up an old thread here but BlueIron do you mean just change the angle of the flap or mount it up higher (136 w/o tunnel & bumper extension)

IMHO the Phazer tunnels cosmetically look too long anyway

Reason I ask is found some smokin deals on 136x1.75 and 136x2 tracks...
