Are the 2010 Idler wheels the same as the black plastic ones in the current accessory catalog? I would like to add them to my sled as I think they are much more visually appealing than my stock 08 wheels.

Do you think I would be better off ordering a set of 2010 wheels because of the bearings?

Thanks

the 2010 wheel is the ones that come in the 09 venture.

they appear to be the ones in the accy catalog, i have been running them on my 08 mtx for the past two seasons. they look great, and have rubber contacting the track, v.s billet and slydogs without rubber.

alot better for your track and idlers as far as i am concerned. the others may look good, but after getting chipped and chunked by trail debris, you'll wished you had rubber to rubber. ski

I am not crazy about the billet wheels anyways, some of them just look out of place on a sled. I do really like the look of the new plastic wheels and was wondering how they hold up. Skidooboy sounds like you haven't had any trouble. I am sure snow conditions play a huge factor in the wear of this item.

I used those same wheels on my Apex for about 4-5000 miles. No issues.

Do the ones that are in the accy catalog have removable bearings?

Yes they do. Installed them the beginning of last season. I have 7,000 miles on them and they still look great. I change the bearings after each year and repack them if needed during the season.

The 2010 wheels look like the accessory wheels to me. I have 725 miles on mine and they have been fine. They do have replaceable bearings.
