Ya i have that same mag,they seem just a tad high for some sleds,but all were still close enough,except for the poor polaris 800 that seems same as last year,poo promised all of the 154 it was supposed to come with,left on the table again.
 
The new Vector FI came in higher than advertised!!

Seams we are a little off when we call our apex's "torque monsters" They are actually "torque mice" when compared to their competition.... Bummer. Come on yamaha... I WANT MORE POWER!! If yammi would come out with a 4 stroke in the 180 range.. Id buy one instantly...
 
No surprise on the new Vector engine. It shares the cylinder head with the Nytro.

Too bad they only show peak numbers.

i think THIS is exactly why we WILL see more horsepower from yamaha in 2011.

Id buy one instantly...[/quoteI think those tg. numbers are a little scewed by the reduction gear drive,if memory serves me right,if they are converted it is a little higher,in the 100+ range but at any rate the hp was good,and we all know how they go for whatever tg. and hp they make,because most all of us can run with all the 800 sleds and alot of the 1000 two strokes!!]
 
Maybe peak torque is not that high, but the tork curb is flatter so in midrange, you have more torque... where it counts..

The gear reduction puts the actual torque output at over 100
