SO now all the hoopla is over on the 2010 sleds how about the accessories.

THANKS YAMAHA for getting us some great riding gear. The KLIM stuff is top shelf and nothing comes close. Now it says Yamaha on it :jump:
http://www.yamaha-motor.com/sport/appar ... etail.aspx

Gloves, boots all GREAT stuff. Now to get the rest of the Klim stuff to say Yamaha on it.

My take on the 2010 release. Its nice to see Yami improve on what they had. Replacable bearings, reworked grips, Lighter and longer. The best part ETROS!!!!!! Way to go Yamaha. Thanks :-o

I did not even look at rest of the line. I am not concerned w/ doing 100 down the trail or playing racer in the trails. OFF TRAIL is where I play.

So Thanks Yamaha

That's to bad. The FXR stuff was great. Gloves work very well and garmets keep you warm and dry. Plus they look a lot better then the Klim stuff. Little bit better price too.
I am with you,not parting with my FXR gear, and yes the FXR gear looks alot better imo!

Yamaha is keeping FXR stuff. Now they will have both to offer.

What he said

I have some FXR stuff. The Team Tech jacket and pants I picked up this year has been the best FXR stuff I have ever owned.

All Klim stuff ROCKS

My FXR Yamaha Clothing is Garbage!!!! All My zippers have broke off. I've been wanting Klim Clothing for 2 years now. I compared the Yamaha Pricing to the Klim direct and the Yamaha branded stuff is about 40.00 more expensive per item.

I'll ahve to see hat kind of deal Port has on the stuff next year at the Novi Snow show.

I'm with ya Frogg. Yamaha definately went right to the top of the ladder by adding Klim. I guess I would expect to pay some kind of premium with the Yamaha name on it, and I'm kinda OK with that.
;)!

I think this is Klim's way of opening thier market up, right now there are a very small amount of Klim dealers, at least in the midwest, and by putting Yamaha on they have reached a bigger market while not stepping on their other dealers. They should be able to hold their margines the same as well. The intrest in Klim for the trail rider has been growing for the last few years, it was based on moutain riding but with their unserpassed quality they have gained market share and intrest.

I know my Klim gear is 100% best stuff out there and is a bit more spendy but has a ton more versitility trail/free riding/moutain. Its all the smart features that I didnt know about when I bought the stuff that I now couldnt deal with out now.

Sorry I meant "2008 Nytro RTX"

VERY Unhappy with my KLIM Klimate jacket.

For the price I paid I have had way better jackets that were half the cost.

The neck is not adjustable so cold air blows down your neck.
Had that fixed by someone who sews.

Its not very warm and I weare a heavy cabelas fleece under it.

May be greatest thing since sliced bread for mountan ridding but not 200 plus miles on Quebec trails
Will be looking for a warmer replacement next year.
