My wifes Venture gave me a warning light with a engine trouble warning indicator. As iI turned the key there was no sound for the fuel pump activating. I trying several times over 15 minutes ,but the same thing , no fuel pump . I waited a while again and tried it again an away it went, drove fit for 30 minutes and parked it ,only to have it do the same thing again ( no fuel pump activation) . Has anyone any ideas what to look for, Thanks!

What were outside temps like? Is there a chance a relay was frozen, specifically the fuel pump? Not sure if this is an issue for your sled, but on older Apex models, the fuel pump relay would freeze. A solid state relay was introduced to solve this. I was also going to question a problem with the starter relay, or corrosion on it, but if you aren't even hearing the fuel pump cycle (assuming you have a mechanical relay), I'm thinking that's not it. Could also be the key switch.

the outside temps were down in the - 20 . Even without the pump engaging the starter would turn over the motor like a champ but, with no fuel , no starting.Maybe ill have to look for a ( solid state relay) Thanks for the info and your time!

Find your relays...any of them red? The red relay is solid state. If they are all black, you likely don't have the SS relay. Could be the problem.

Yep switch to the new Solid state red relay. Left footwell, take off hood and left side panel. Two screws holding lower panel to footwell.
I think 2012 or 2013 was the 1st year for the new relay.
EBay has them for $20. I just put one in my '10 Vector.
