Is the track to lose? Why does it make a tuck tuck noise and feel at my feet when i apply brake after a high speed run?

When is it making this noise? On a track stand or riding? On a track stand, it could be the track slapping the sliders. Ride it and see if it continues.
Did you just install the new track and studs? It may not be the track, but something going on in the chaincase. Check your chain tension first and maybe then you might consider that everything was put back together correctly or not. I've done that before.

Riding and only when slowing down from high speed. Chain tension is good we checked.

Possible it might be too loose of a track. You want track tension a bit on the tight side to allow for track stretch...check periodically and adjust as needed.
Check your drive belt... could be missing some lugs.

Check the tightness of the bearing collar on the left side of the driveshaft. I have seen 2 of these come loose and make the noise you describe.

I know exactly what your describing, it sounds like someone is banging on the side of the tunnel/foot well. My sled does the same thing... been riding it for 2 season like that, I extended my 121 to a 144, upgraded to extrovert drivers, I run the track loose because of the extension and suspension geometry so if you track is running looses it may or may not explain it, I just live with it I guess. Let me know if you find the culprit.

Tightening the track, we tightened the chain. Will check the bearing collar before my trip. Thanks!

Check your exhaust for any scrapes, the tunnel protectors brackets get bent over time and you may not have the clearance that you once had. You may have to shim them lower to get the proper clearance.

Remember loose is fast so don't over do it. Yamajohn is absolutely right. If you have n't already you should change tunnel protector brackets as the oems get flat causing the track and studs to scrape up the ex-up exhaust. $$$$$. There are kits pre-made out there or you just need to weld pieces on to the brackets to make them rigid.
