thinking about a 2011 nytro xtx with 2400km its a demo sled it has the 1.75 track, fox floats up front, mountain skis, tall windshield, rear rack, exhaust turnout, belly pan skid plate, handle bar riser, hindle exhaust with header, dynojet pc5, slight air box mod, stock clutch with different weights and different rivets they said good for low end. what does everyone think of the mods and price $10600 with one year warranty

I have a 2011 with MANY of those similar mods and miles. Not willing to sell mine, but If I was I think around $10,000-$10,600 is a fair price. Reading the upgrades, the owner has about $3,500-$4,000 in upgrades. The owner should realize that upgrades are as good as money lost when selling a sled unless they want to pull them off and sell them separately.
I would also ask if it comes with an OFT relocator and an autotune for the PCV. If that is the case, I would pay $10,600 in a heart beat. Majority of these things, you would want to add anyway. I paid $10,300 for my XTX and have over $6,000 since then in upgrades, which is easy to do.

pretty sure if doesnt come with those mods. i would drive it first before i went with the oft. never said anything about the auto tune either what are the benefits of it over the pc5?

IMO: The Relocator is a Necessity. I noticed thatyou listed a riser on it which helps the position but not the angle of the swing. The stock swing angle has a downward swing and feels very un-natural.

The Autotune is an add on to the PC5. It includes an exhaust sensor and control box that connects directly to your PC5. It tunes your current PC5 map on the fly so you know that your engine is getting the right fuel mixture. Before I added the Autotune, my sled was running super rich and actually fouled out a set of plugs.

For a 2011 with mods that's not a bad deal if it comes with some warranty. For reference, I was charged tax on $9600 when I bought my 2010 which had exhaust. I paid less than that though lol.
