He did say "The Turbo Nytro!" Not "A Turbo Nytro!" So perhaps it will be released.

It's already available. It is a factory backed aftermarket kit installed by the dealer and warranted. Pats Yamaha in greenland (DA yooper) has installed a bunch. It is a low altitude approved unit for those not riding out west. Its in the Yamaha catalog. I forget but think it boost to 180 hp on the nytro and is instant on you cannot feel it hit at all.

I think Yamaboy knows about the Push Turbo bolt on kit from the Yammi catalog. I suppose that is Yamaha's way of offering a turbo to those who want it. Yamaha must feel the demand is really just not there for a true factory turbo.

It's probably good that 'Cat is going all in with their 1100 Turbo Mt sled. 'Cuz if it sells well that might make Yamaha get into the turbo biz, just a thought anyways.......

Turbo/SC is a dealer installed option on the Nytro MTX

I can't remember for sure but the low altitude is $4,995.00 and $2,000 install. I could not find it on the site but I have seen it at the dealership paper catalog

Yes Yamaha does offer the aftermarket Push Turbo and MPI super Charger, have for a year now, but I was hoping maxsled was referring to a factory turbo.

I am sure some of you have seen this but this what I meant by the $1500 bolt on kit:
