hey guys. Got my '13 XTX here 1600 KM on her and decided to get an exhaust. Being cheap, and a welder, I bought a 'fab your own exhaust' kit for a 1000cc. When it came in it looked good, full of packing etc. Welded it up to fit the same way as my stock exhaust. It sounds about the same as an MBRP, (little more quiet) but now my problem is when it's cold it barely starts. It cranks about 5-7 seconds then it starts and the RPM stumbles all over. Once it reaches a warm temp, (the red light goes away) it idles good. Going with it, it bogs a tiny bit until you open it up once or twice, then it runs perfect slight popping sounds but REV limits at 9000.

I know i'm due for a fuel controller - But reading online and from my other Nytro buddies they say it always starts good and idle doesn't stumble

This is what i've done so far :

Checked for air leaks, none.
New plugs
New oil (not that it has anything to do with it)
Exhaust donuts are fine
New gas (91 octane)

My sled is bone stock except the exhaust and changed the relay that caused it not to start in the cold.

Thanks for the help guys, figuring its the fuel programming needed but just making sure.

P.S. : Any recommendations for a fuel programer? Thats a reasonable price? 400$ for the Dynojet is absurd.. Thanks
