2013 Nytro XTX torsion spring upgrade

hi guys

Been reading a lot about upgrading torsion spring in my XTX.

Stock are 1200 everyone says

Everyone seems to be going with 1900-2200
What sled are you getting upgraded springs from? Model and year?
Nobody really seems to give the info on sled they get stiffer springs from.

I'm 255 lbs no clothes lol

Secondly before I go to ER
How do you remove torsion springs without damaging myself?
I see they go through a bracket bolted to rail.
But spring under tension I'm assuming

Skid is out.. and shocks are out of skid

Dunno if there is a proper way or anything, but the springs do not have so much tension u can't hold them. Especially if it's out of the sled, u can hold the tension off while u take the bracket off the rail

Grab a firm hold taking a little tension and spin the bracket off the end of the spring. Any naked man 255 lbs should have no problem.

If the skid is out just step on the rail and pull up on the leg the bracket is on, and turn the bracket forward and off it comes, then ease it down and soon it will go slack. The heavier springs are out of a venture I'm sure. Just call Travis at barn of parts and let him hook you up, it's like 130 or so for a bolt on set, no worry about cutting them right
