15 SR Viper LTX
I have searched and have seen both a 137 and 141 track for the L-TX DX / SR10LDFB/R. I should already know this but seemed to forgot how to determine the length and pitch on my viper. Sorry if it has been covered elsewhere.

welcome!

the pitch should be 2.86 as are most newer sleds. i think there is a way to count the drive nubs to figure it out but i have not done this personally.

Call me crazy, but LTX should equal 137” for all Vipers and Sidewinders. XTX had the 141 and later 146.

The STX is where it gets confusing as those had 137, 141, and 145 depending on the specific model year.

That is what I thought but mine appears to be longer than my buddies 137. Not aaure if you can tell from a photo.

Take the model number off your current track and search it on internet. It will give you the information you are looking for.

I am 95% sure that is a 137 suspension in the picture. The give away is the coupling block just behind the rear scissors arm. The 141's are uncoupled and do not have that. Google each of these suspensions for pictures and you'll see what I mean.

This one is reaching a bit on my memory, but if I recall correctly, some of the earlier procross sleds used the same chassis for 141's and 137's. What this means is the tunnel is the same length on those earlier builds. I think with the introduction of the sidewinder, they shortened the 137 tunnel and went to a new longer one for the 146 XTX. I'm not sure if that shorter 137 tunnel from the 'Winder carried over the Viper or not.

If your buddies 137 is newer, it may just be that it has a shorter tunnel, but the same track and suspension.

The images below show the Procross 137 in the top image and the 141 in the bottom image. Again, looking at your pic, you clearly have torsion springs in the rear and coupling blocks so it's NOT a 141 suspension.
