Hello,
In the next couple days I'll be working with my future father-in-law to swap the starter on a newer Vector with EPS. I've seen some posts regarding 2010s and older but nothing for newer sleds. I also looked for a writeup and found a single post discussing removing the starter if the exhaust is attached or detached. Any pointers, guides or videos are welcome.
TIA!

From my knowledge the exhaust has to come off and you may have to roll motor forward as the starter is on the back side. I have not done one in quite a while.

I appreciate the advice. I followed a few comments by 74Nytro on a couple threads on older (09-10) vectors where they rotated it backwards using the front lift point after removing the front motor mounts. This provides the best access. Lifting from the rear will rotate the starter further up and closer to the front heat exchanger. Lots of slow movement and watching the starter. But I have it back in with one mounting bolt, hoping to knock out two more today.
I'll try to grab pics today.

Ya that makes sense. Hard to remember all the sleds I work on over the years until I have the beast in front of me.I appreciate the advice. I completely understand and truly appreciate the assistance. New starter is in and attached but I'm gett I by only a click still. Any thoughts? I'm going to get a known good battery, replacing the solenoid and then I'm down to testing without the solenoid, any thoughts using the wires alone.

Check solenoid by the battery. It’s the little block with fuse in that the battery connects to. You can junk the terminals and see if that’s stuck or trashed.I completely understand and truly appreciate the assistance. New starter is in and attached but I'm gett I by only a click still. Solenoid looked good but we swapped it anyways and the sled fired right up multiple times without issue. I have some pics, maybe once the emotional damage and my hands heal I'll write something up.
