2015 Viper Tuner Skis on a 2014 Viper?

Bought a used (as new) set of Tuner skis from a 2015 Viper. Put them on my 2014 Viper last night. Only thing I changed were the rubber stoppers. It kind of fit ok but it Kind of looks like there is some spacing issues? On one side the spacer is actually a bit loose? Was I supposed to buy additional spacers or collars?

(2014 ski collar 75) 8JP-RA731-00-00, (2014 ski collar 6) 8JP-RA718-00-00, (2014 no washer plate), (2015 ski collar 23) 8KN-RA737-00-00, (2015 ski collar 21) 8KN-RA736-00-00, (2015 washer plate) 90201-10043-00. They are different widths just not sure how much the washer plates take up some space also.

Looking at the 2015 microfiche it would be collar 23 part # 8KN-RA737-00-00 (qty 2), collar 21 part# 8KN-RA736-00-00 (qty 2) and washer plate 90201-10043-00 (qty 4). Did the tuner skis come with the metal collars that are inserted in the ski where the bolt goes through? Or did you use the ones out of the 2014 skis? This is a picture of 2015 Tuner ski with collar inserted in ski.
