On muffler side panel towards front of sled there is a CLEAR opening, sort of vent ,on clutch side there is a plastic type mesh/ plastic type screen ! Is this correct or am I missing plastic type screening on muffler side ?

Second got this large Sticker from Registration last year , I'm not registering in that state this year it's on clutch side in middle of Viper sticker on side panel , I tried taking it off, used hair dryer on + off as I pulled Reg sticker original Viper sticker started lifting ! Any ideas on how to remove reg sticker without damaging VIPER Sticker ? New sticker is 1/3 the size of last years so dont want to keep it, gonna put new sticker in different place ????

Both are cooling vents muffler side open clutch side has frogskin over it to keep snow/water off clutch.
