Undoo the carrier wheel that holds the long end of torsion spring,and let it hang,so it loosens the short tang,that the stock block sits ontop off. Than slide stock block off post,and slide new one on,and to respring everything,push wheel that holds end of spring into itself,up to hole and reinstall bolt and nut.
