Recently acquired a 2012 Venture GT with 87 miles on it. I have been reading all the posts. It appears the previous owner may have tipped the sled and got scared and unloaded. Very minor superficial scratches.
Following the posts I have done the following:
* Adjusting rods - factory
* Damping - 12 clicks
* Torsion Springs - Soft
* Center Shock - Backed off to loose then snugged so no rattle
* Limiter straps - Factory
* Front Suspension - Factory
Will adjust damping and torsion springs when riding 2-up. How does this appear to those with experience. Have always had one ups and last sled was a 2004 Polaris 600 Switchback.
