321+304 stainless tubing?

Where can I purchase in Canada 1.5 inch 16 guage or thicker 321and 304 stainless in tight seamlesss bends. Canadian dollar Burns is out of the question now, Appreciate any help, I am almost out of materials and I have orders for mid mounts that I cant fill

I do not know were in Canada but I have been getting my piping from Racing Solutions, thay sell a lot of stock, shipping is fast and thay are good to deal with. Burns bends pipe and then bends you over, there pricing is way high.

Thay have a new process and have successfully bent 1-1/4" sch 10 stainless bends on a 1D radius (1.660" OD x 1.660" radius). This should be avalable soon

Boyko what guage is that in the pic and is it 304

It is 304, schedule 10, 1.25 od, 12 gauge making it a 0.109 wall thickness.

Racing Solutions also makes a lot of turbo headers as well and have a good knowlage of what works.

Impulse claim that their headers are made of 321 ss 3/16" thickness on their hompage. Isn't that 7 gauge or 0.1875" thickness? We don't hear of many cracked Impulse headers.

If I remember right, the 3 holers weren't having hardly any trouble with cracking headers? I could be wrong though since there are not a lot of 3 cyl kits sold compared to the 4 cyl.

No usual;ly 16 guage and after 10hrs of cutting and grinding it is to thick
