500 mile service

ok guys, i got my 06 apex gt all apart for the initial (500 mile) oil and filter change, im using the service manual as a checklist, any other important checks, changes etc i should be doing while I have her apart.

I would highly recommend checking the chain case fluid level

On mine they found the front shock bolts loose.

just give it a good once over, make sure when you put it back together that the boots and clamps go on the throttle bodies properly. don't forget to hitch all the wires and tubes back up the the airbox as well. if you unplugged the light pod you will have to reset the clock.
