Hi,
I am changing my drivers to extroverts and need to decide between 8t or 9t - my sled is a 2008 Apex that is being stretched to 144 with a 1.75 track and an M10 skid. I was considering the 8's to get additional clearance - any recomendations or advice would be greatly appreciated.

You can go either way.
In this thread, this guy is using the stock 9 tooth drivers.

I am doing the same thing, but I bought 8 tooth extroverts, to have the effect of slightly gearing down as well as allowing me a bit more room for the track.
Also 9 tooth drivers are more efficient since they don't have make as a big a bend as the track does when going around 8 tooth drivers. Overall I don't think that makes much of a difference though.
