I was wondering if 9-tooth drivers will have enough clearance on a stock RX-1 Mountain?
I don't think you can. This link is a discussion about it http://www.rx1.info/viewtopic.php?t=100 ... e5158ffa23
I have two friends that rolled their chain case to run 9 and 10 tooth drivers, but it would be mighty tight with stock.

I have to disagree I think you can but your clearance is nothing and if I remember the reps in West Yellowstone said the only reason they didn't was if the sled sits and idles for a while and the conditions are poor the heat from the front exchanger can melt the track!!!

AS LONG AS YOU DON'T RUN EXTRAVERTS YOU CAN RUN 9 TOOTH ON THE FRONT WITH NO PROBLEMS.My freind does and he also has a turbo ,it works great!I went with the new 8 tooth mpi extraverts myself.
