I run 18lbs to 20lbs of boost without an intercooler! People say it can not be done but 3,200 miles without any issues at all I will prove them wrong. In order to fix the oil problem you need to modify your oil tank. Benders set up put a tee on the return line into your oil tank to the oil pump. The return line should go into your oil tank and you must weld a feed line to the oil pump and this will solve the oil problem. I did this and left the 90 jet in the oil line and all oil problems were solved.
I have no head work, motor work done to my sled. I run good fuel 2.5 gallons of 114 and premimum fuel. 19lbs of boost, zero lag. I pull a supercharger at 17lbs of boost out of the hole or we are even then destroy it. I run against bigger turbo sleds running 23lbs of boost and I still got the better of them. It took a few years of tuning but the Bender turbo works great after the bugs are worked out. If you have any air leaks you will have an oil issue. An easy way to tell if you have all the air leaks solved is you can not keep the air box on when you boost. It will blow off everytime. I build brackets to solve this issue. I ride in the mountains and unload at 9,000 ft.
