Probably the last ride of season, but what the heck it's June! Awesome blue bird day on Mount Baker.
It's always pretty cool to see the steam was rolling out of the crater.

Jealous........................ Just put mine in storage last weekend an I miss lookn at them already.

Wow nice pics. I can't believe there's still people ridin'. That must be fun with the warm temps. The season ended the last week in March here. I've been ridin' the bike and the Grizzly for a while now.

Usually on a normal year we can get a June ride in. On a good year we have rode on the 4th of July before! On a low snow year we have been done by April-early May.
This year we still have lots of snow up high, however down to around 3000' in elevation where we have to park it's melting fast. There has to be at least 2 feet in the meadows (3200') for the Forest Service to allow the mountain open for snowmobiling.
Not sure if this week end will be open or not, it's going to be a close call.

It is fun to ride in warm sunny weather though! To stay cool we usually wear shorts under our bibs and I've seen gals riding in bikini's before!:-):-)
To keep the sleds cool it is common to ride with the side panel(s) or hood off.
