First, I'd like to start off with thanking a couple of people- Robert from Star Suspension- the guys at Zbroz- Allen at Ulmer racing- Grizz from TY and the guys at my local Yamaha dealer (Mid-north play power sports) for all the help and putting up with all my questions
So, this summer I've added a couple new parts and finally got to take her out for the first ride of the season. I started off by adding a zbroz 43" wide kit with a set of exit shocks. I bought the kit used, but everything seems fine. I sent the shocks out to be rebuild and touched up the paint on the front end. I also added a new set of oillite bushings. (zbroz kits take 2008 oillites- just a heads up) - put a 120 miles on this weekend and boy or boy is she ever wide now. Good thing I don't trailer much, we had hard time fitting two newer sleds (2015 arctic ZR800RR) on a trailer (sled won't fit in the box of truck either- at least between the wheel wells). But out riding (in 8" of fresh power) the sled does sure handle nice. Little to no inside ski lift and easy to turn. I do play a little off trail and started doing more and more of it, so I might have bought the wrong kit
..... The only complaint I have- the spindle hits the arms at full turn. Will have a better idea on the handling and shock performance once the trails open.
I also added a the star 128" kit with a new ripsaw 2 track. I had some issues installing my new track. I had the track installed but ran out of adjustment. I ordered a 128 track but it was acutely 129. The rep from camoplast told the me the following "The correct length for a 128 inch track is 128.52 +/- .514 so the track could be 128 to 129 inches long and be in tolerance". So, I had to pull out the first track and get another new one installed. I had no problem returning the first track. The second track measured bang on 128.52"- I personally think +/- 1/2" on a snowmobile track is crazy, but what do I know. Sleds seems to ride real nice with kit install and handled the little stutter bumps pretty good. The track (not studded yet) seems to hook up really good, but we will see. I'm also running without transfer blocks. Robert from Star and Grizz were great help while I was trying to figure out what was wrong. Thanks again and Grizz is truly amazing and I owe him some beers for sure!
third new parts- after I got the sled to handle- I needed more power. So, I picked up a set of KN filters and a PCV. Love the sound and performance seems good so far, but I'm bouncing off my rev limiter, so I need to do some clutching. Kit was super easy to install and was great that PCV already came with a map for my setup from Ulmer. I hit 100.0 mph on a radar gun last year at the end of the season and hope to do better this year.
other minor updates- added a 2" higher seat- not a WRP seat but a custom one. Seem great so far and love how high I sit now.
RSI hand warmers- had and still have yamaheaters, but last year my left grips #*$&@ the bed. Kit was always warm and not its uber warm- first time I've ever turned down the heat. My bars are also spray foamed.
HID head light kit- crazy bright and super easy to install nuff said- ordered from Rock on here....great to deal with
Also had my drivers turned...
All and all this sled seems pretty good but I need more saddle time. I need to figure out how to ride this thing again.
I do love my sled, but she has over 10,000 miles on it now. I really hope yamaha comes out with a lighter 4 -stroke or even a 2 stroke again, but I'm not holding my breath......I like the procross chassis, but not with the same motor I currently have.....needs more HP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks everyone and have a great winter!!!

Awesome work love to hear what you think of it as you get more mileage on it. Considering zbroz myself for next year, and ulmers been an awesome help with a lot and very smart guy. Viper may be my next ride in a few years, and If I want 800 class power I'll order with turbo upgrade that makes it 20hp more than 800s at the same cost. But nytro to viper I can't justify the cost at moment since mines rebuilt and what i would almost say is as good or better than a stock viper or slightly modded viper.

after putting on 600 miles (shitty winter so far)- this front end eats the bumps.....the exit shocks work really well. The one 128 relocation really helps in the bumps. No more rear end slapping.... sled is totally different in slush and loose snow. Ripsaw 2 track with mega bites has great hook up.....now just gotta get my clutching inline and I'll be good to go
