i just installed the oft 144" extensin kit on my 08 rtx and was wondering what kind of issues i might run into down the road. the track seems real tight at first bend and at tip up location.

should i add extra wheels to the skid?

I plan on putting slidekick icescratchers but was wondering if that is going to be good enuff.

if i do add bogies, where is best place to put them and best kit to get?

I'm wondering the same thing because I'm going to stretch my Nytro out to 144" like you. I'd think adding idler wheels at the bend near where the axle ran would help prevent wear issues.

how did u know where to drill the hole to mount the extra wheels.i have 4 wheels off my old vmax i'v been looking to mount?any measurements

Mine hasent seen snow yet and I added to small wheels at the bend.

Do you have any pics of what you did at the bend?

I was just looking at this again tonite on my OFT 136" . The guys didn't seem to think
there would be an issue. I guess it is no worse than the bend up front.

Maybe those that have the extensions can let us know how they made out last year.

Installed 136 with extroverts last year on 08 Nytro. All I did was change wheels to larger doo wheels and added an extra set 1/2 way from rea axle. Hyfax wear is a non issue now. I have a set of marginal snow wheels but don't need them and put nothing at bend of rail.
