Adjusting C0 number

I here a lot of guys talk about adjusting the C0 number. Its my undrstanding that this will adjust idle and low speed cruise fuel.
Now that I'm boosted and have an Attitude controller I'd like to mess around with this a little to try and smooth it out.

How do you adjust this value?ie. How do you get to it,In the diagnostics screen or?
