Adjusting the Rear Suspension (RTX and XTX)

Bieniek and I will be looking at our rear suspensions tomorrow but neither of us have actually adjusted the shock before. Here's hoping to adjust his fronts and rears for ramping his SE. Any suggestions? We're a bunch of noobs when it comes to adjusting the rear.
