Hi!
My sled has a CPR frontmount-kit with Garret 2560(?) and a Vortech BOV. BOV and fuel pressure regulator are connected to intake rubber because of earlier problems running rich when closing throttle after WOT.
3 headgaskets and 10 psi boost for the moment(have been around 16 earlier).

#150 Main, #17,5 lowrange jets, needles 2nd seen from below(richer than stock), fuelscrews 1½ turns out.

AFR at idle 14-15, cruise without boost 11-12, cruise with 5 psi boost around 13,8-14,5, WOT around 11-11,5.

Idle AFR is easily fixed with fuelscrews, but they do not affect the rich midrange without boost. If i adjust the needles that can be fixed too, but then it is running really lean at 5 psi instead.

What do you think about changing lowrange jets to #15, rise needles to richest position and turn fuelscrews out some to compensate the smaller jets?.
I have tested 2½ turn on the screws with #17,5 jets= AFR 12,5-13 at idle.

Exhaust header starts glowing pretty easy too, maybe because the lean midrange, or is it just because the exhaust cam timing?.

Is the adjustable threaded tube inside the intercooler the pitot-tube you are calling it?. Hose to the floatbowls is connected there if i remeber right. Can adjusting the tube do some for the AFR?.

The engine runs pretty good now,but i do not like the lean midrange and the glowing header..

What kind of airfilter is best for this kit?.I tried with a UNI foamfilter, but it did not work.I it just mesh and a prefilter ontop of that the way to go?.

I run an Alpine front mount on my RX1, but similar setup.
From what I know, the idle AF is not such as big deal, other then mine runs around 12.8-14 at idle. The midrange again, get it close to 12, but WOT is the most important one.You need to get it around 12.
Your setup may have different jetting needs, as I am at a 130 main.

The idle afr is easy to adjust, but lowspeed crusing is a problem when it runs that rich. Same thing when it runs lean on low boost as soon as the BOV starts opening..
I need more fuel on low boost and less without boost, but how can i do that?.
