Polaris and Turboed Apex in a off road buggy
I have a 08 Apex with a GT2860 turbo with PCV auto tune and a POD screen. it's not in a sled but a off road buggy
The last time I ran it was last summer in St Anthony ID about 5000 ft above sea lev for a week and it ran about perfect . At the low AFR was about mid to upper 12s mid was high 11s ta 12 and the high was a bit rich at 10.8 to 11s but there was no popping or lag it ran well.
Last month down in SoCal or Glamis at sea level from the start it was dogging and popping at 2/3 and up and AFR s where a bit fat at low and mid and high was a constant 10 . I was able to take fuel out at low and mid to adjust those AFR s correctly but the high no matter how much I removed it was always a flat 10 never moving I backed of the boost and increased the 110 mix but the AFR s where still a flat 10 at the 2/3 and up and it ran better but not right
Any help would be great

Try to turn the Auto Tune off first. You should be able to look at the trim tables and see what its doing as far as fuel being added.

Are you running different fuel? When you say flat 10 do you mean the AFR gauge is constant at 10.0? Does your AFR gauge read any lower when it goes thru the calibration mode? If 10 is the lowest it reads, you are running richer that 10. Could be your fuel pressure is higher now for some reason, too.

I run a mix 5 gal 91 2 gal 110. When I started in glamis my tank had about 7 gal in it I roped it off with 2 gal of 110 then after the first ride was not right i drained the tank and refueled with my normal mix 5 to 2 and backed the boost of to max 10 it was better but not rightiWhen you say flat 10 do you mean the AFR gauge is constant at 10.0?
Yes above 2/3 it's a constant 10 not moving

My aft gauge is the POD screen

I am using the stock FPR and have a gauge teed in where it comes out of the tank behind my seat. At a idle it's at 43lbs but I cant read it while driving

Doesn't sound like a fuel quality problem, if it were it likely would be blubbery from a misfire which would indicate itself by showing lean AFR flashing on your O2 gauge (reading the raw unburned air passing thru from misfire), not a flat 10 on the gauge which means its super fat rich, richer than 10 ( in the 9's). So either your PCV is acting up or you have some other influence, like a choked intake filter?

Well I got it figured out for some reason the base map in the PCV turned into a 0 map across the board and my auto tune was set for a max +5 or -5 max so the pod screen would only take -5 off the fuel trim after 3hrs setting up a new map and tuning my AfRs are in the needed range and it runs mint .I couldn't do that in the desert with out my laptop
Thanx for the input from all

Glad to see you figured it out. Map gremlins like that are difficult to chase.
