Aftermarket skid plate

I've got marks in mine I didn't even know I hit that without it would have for sure torn the oil filter clean off. Spend the $20 you won't regret it.

Yep mine is scratched fairly deeply from the top of a hidden T post right in front of the heat exchanger. If I didn't have it who knows what might have happened.

you guys with the full length ones, do you have ice buildup under the 3" hole in the subframe? i have a stock yamaha plastic and getting sick of it holding all the ice after every ride

Put the Grizz Gusset kit in your sub frame and you won't have the ice build up or that 3" hole. I think most guys get the ice build up with the stock sub frame and plastic skid plate. Even with the aluminum skid plate.. When the sub frame is reinforced that hole is closed off.

Yep it holds everything. Sticks, stones. No problems other than that.
