Anyone seen a Cobra shield for the new sleds? All I have seen is the Yamaha ones, and they decided not to make the Red Chrome available!!!???

I dont believe cobra has any shields yet for the new line. I have checked everywhere and finally settled on the attack low smoked screen because after riding this weekend and having to stop to empty the snow out of my helmet every 10 miles I could not take another weekend like that. I think if those guys at cobra are smart and read this sight and see all the complaints about the RTX & GT shields they have to get units available right away because I believe this will be the biggest shield sales opportunity the market has ever seen. I bet 90% are changed out the 1st year.

I actually emailed Sportech about Yamaha windshields. They responded right away. They are making all Yamaha accessory windshields this year, avalable only through Yamaha. I waited over a month for a blue chrome, never came. Sportech told me they had shipped them to Yamaha, lost somewhere. Painted mine.

Never asked about headlight covers. Their website has an email contact.

Just a confirmation, Sportech (Cobra) is making the Yamaha W/S and they will not be available to the aftermarket this season.

Before buying I would check to see if they are legal in the state where you ride. I know they illegal in the state of Vermont.
