can someone tell me the easiest way to remove air box.

Go to Ulmer's site. In the instructions section there are instructions for installing the K&N filters, which includes air box removal.

The hardest part was getting to the #3 intake clamp screw. I cut the short leg off a 4mm ball end hex key, so I have a straight 4mm ball end hex about 4" long. Hold that in a 4mm 1/4 drive socket with a long 1/4 drive extension.

I don't even loosen the intake boot clamps anymore.
I keep clamps full tight, they only go so tight, as there is a stop built into the clamp.
Then wiggle / shove the air box boots on over the TBs.
