Nice pics. Where do you live in Alaska? How much snow do you get annually? Is the snow usually dry powder or wet snow. A couple years ago I took a vacation to alaska in the summer. And it was the best trip I have every been on. Alaska is so much different than here in the continental U.S.
 
I live in Soldotna which is on the Kenail Peninsula. I dont know the exact ammount of snow but where we ride Turnagin, Lost Lake gets well over 100" plus.

Is Turnagain on or near the cook inlet? I believe that is the name of the inlet I drove by to get to Homer. The tide was also amazing to see there as compared to other places in the world. It looks like a river flowing in and out of it. Is the Kenai the most popular place or best place to snowmobile in Alaska?
