I'm actually looking at this Warrior 2005 144 and 1"3/4 with larger front ski, it as 24000km on it. The previous owner was crazy on the maintenance and it is show room condition. I would like to know what are your feelings about this sled, would you buy or not ?
I will mainly do trail riding at 80% and 20% off trail.

I loved the RX and warriors but anymore the carbs are a hassle with the fuel you buy today it is a constant fight to keep them running I used to keep 3 spare carb racks with me at all times and had to swap them out several times.
24,000 kilometers seems like a lot - make sure that every bushing front and rear has been replaced along with headers and donuts. bearings on jackshaft and driveshaft also would need replaced at that mileage.
They can look pretty but eat you up on parts. All of that stuff was normal wearout items at 4,000 miles that sled has 15,912 miles on it.
I guess it depends on the price they are asking.

Beautiful looking sled. Had a Warrior for two years. It is a beast of a sled to handle, and that was with a 136" track. This sled obviously is not for trail riding, and realistically not for off trail either. Unfortunately it is a dinosaur by todays standards.

I had one, stock 136 Ripsaw. I really liked it. Great groomed trail cruiser & would handle some snow but not over 18" or so of fresh well.
As stated above it is a mans sled. It will take a good bit of muscle to ride it.
As long as you recognize that, it is as well maintained as you say, & the price is right. Go for it. 15,000 miles on the motor is nothing.
You are going to need those scratchers likely on the trail with the 1.75.

Thanks for the comments, as you guys said it is a great sled unless the weight, since i won't try to climb the biggest hill in heavy snow it should be good for me. I should get it thrusday I'm happy like a virgin making it for the fisrt time

Nice looking sled!
The carbs are not a problem if you maintain them right, I've never even had them off my '04, and I'm at 18,000 km.
In fact my carbed RX1 consistantly gets better fuel mileage than the Apexs that I ride with.
Things to check for are:
front end bushings
"W" arm on the suspension (check for cracks)
exhaust doughnuts
rebuild or replace shocks
drive bearings (especially the speedo side)
Things to change:
replace the seat with an Apex seat
replace the battery if not already done
install dual carbides if not already done
check the tech section on TY for other mods to improve the riding experience!!

I've check all what you mention, the only thing missing is an apex seat

Did I mention I Finally got it, it is now in my garage

Find a Nytro seat, fewer parts to swap!
First ride today, really like it, ton of power and great handling with the dual carbides, can't wait for hte next ride

Beautiful sled, you will love it. I have an 03 and my wife has an 06 attack and they are very similar sleds but the fuel injection is alot nicer but i wouldn't be afraid of the carbed sleds. I have had mine for 3 years now and have never had my carbs off. I run seafoam in it regularly and i believe it helps.

fantastic ride…..
Don't know about some comments on weight and handling issues.
I have one and so does my 107 lb wife….no issues other than the rear suspension is not great.
front suspention is good steering is good, handles great rips through trails….awesome sled.
love the ridding position as it's not so up-right….I turbo'ed mine and wow……seriously cool sleds
no smoke no smell and sounds fantastic……also don't use fuel with ethanol (shell gas has none in the 94)
that's what screws the carbs….i have no issues with carbs or any other usual problem on both sleds.
