I used to twist Solid Alum 7075 shafts off on the 440's.

You should have asked about aluminum shafts before installing one. I could have saved you a lot of headaches and $$$. Why do they even bother with aluminum? They should know better than that!

Just step up to a tune that has 5 more hp. Why waste money on crap like that. These things have serious hp, who cares about a couple pounds.

I think he went with that shaft in hopes the left side bearing fit was better than stock.

I was told on Facebook it was your clutch that popped? Did clutch go as well?

My wife was looking over my shoulder in October on a random morning. She told me what are you "F"looking for AGAIN...lol. I was on the BD Xtreme web site and showed her.... it's really bad luck, it's the only time I've been to this site...lol
10weeks after,it was under the trees whit lightweight rotor,i though it was a TEKVEST !
Bdx say it's 20%stronger than AC shaft. :dunno:It's not the first time a speedshoop tells lies".............................

My plan was doing this during summer, but i decide to instal just the disc brake. When i pull out the caliper the bearing assy was totally shot (~0.03) So i had to do the job completely..... Now i am doing it again for a third time... :bore:

My kids think my sled is my second "part time"job
