CAT PREP

Big bore, porting,etc................

I can not tell you guys how frustrating it is to see these results. Yesterday was the "ONLY" planed day for testing the RX1 and it was a rain out. Soooo, Big Moose Yamaha just through on the setups from last year in the primary (Gen2-Heel-Clickers w/White Spring) and Team Roller Secondary)... on the RX1.

Also, there was no planed testing at all on the 600Venom and 700Viper. :( Last years setup was used on these two sleds...

I'm sorry I did not push for some type of testing with the setup that I had with me...

Again sorry guys,

If I'm not mistaking, last years best time for the RX-1 with the POS track was around a 12.3 @ 96 MPH  You would think that it would have done better this year with the RIP SAW
Somethings wrong with this picture
I wonder how the Warrior would have done :?:

Here are last years results:

I for one, am not happy with Big Moose Yamaha doing the testing for Yamaha. You could tell that there wasn't much time spent. It was a big joke. The way it looks is to me is that D&D is doing the clutching for arctic cat on the sleds for Big Moose and Yamaha is done by Big Mooses men. Am I right or Wrong? The boys that got there act together were the Polaris team they worked like bees. Sleds were wheeled to start line, No idling at start line, No backing up in reverse at start line, sleds brought to proper temp, lube on slides.

I tottally agree..

I heard last years set up was a guess set up from a phone call to some of the guys who are on TY!! NO TESTING!!

straightliner, Guess what... You hit the nail on the head!!! two days before the shoot out, Big Moose did do some testing... It was on the AC's only!!! The day before the shootout no testing with the Yamaha's due to a very wet track.

I'm shocked. The people on this site, can take a bone stock, brand new, unstudded RX1. and whip 8 and 9 hundreds, that have studs, clutch kits, and pipes, and this happens. I don't get it.
