Another m7/m8 skid question

I just picked up an 03 RX1 mountain. Has to be the best bang for the buck right now. Let the mods begin!

I need to know how the 141 skid with 151 track trail rides. Does it heavy steer? Rough ride? anti-stab kit yes or no?

I have searched the forums, there is great detail on mountain riding just nothing on trail riding. I will be about a 50/50 mountain/trail rider.

I ride a 04 RX-1 one of the best mods I did was to put an Apex seat on it and the wider mountain ski with longer carbides was another mod worth doing.

Welcome to our little club.

The M7 skid rides way softer than the Yamaha skid. It saves 30 lbs too. I put a 141" M7 skid under mine and loved every minute of it. Yes, to the anti stab kit, it's cheap insurance against a ride ending event.

ok just found a cheap 01 mountain cat skid. I would assume this should work?
